Our hotel block is full! Not to worry, if standard Fairmont rooms are still available, the hotel can still honor the discounted group rate. If the standard Fairmont room is not available, then the next room category above that would be available at still a discounted higher rate vs paying the best available rate online.

The hotel is our home base for all SKIP Summit 2025 programming - no transportation needed between sessions. Staying onsite will keep you close to all the action, our Advisor team and fellow attendees. Plus, you get these additional benefits as well:

• A discounted room rate
• A discounted resort fee (which includes internet access throughout the resort)
• A $25 nightly spa credit toward a body or facial treatment at Well & Being at Willow Steam Spa (Credit is not cumulative and is valid once per day)
• Access to discounted rates for up to three days before and after the event, allowing you to extend your stay and enjoy the resort without taking on additional charges outside the block

The nearest airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), located approximately 25 minutes from the resort.

Getting to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess does not offer complimentary airport shuttle service. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation via taxi, ride-share, or private transfer.

Parking

Parking is available onsite at The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. Please note that self-parking is not complimentary. Current daily rates are:

• Overnight Valet Parking: $38.00 per day
  

• Overnight Self-Parking: $25.00 per day
  

• Daytime Valet Parking: $15.00 per day
  

• Daytime Self-Parking (up to 10 hours): $18.00 per day

Early Arrival / Extended Stay

Attendees who book through the SKIP Summit room block receive discounted room rates for up to three days before and after the event, based on availability. This allows you to arrive early or stay longer at the resort without incurring higher standard pricing.

Bell Service, Luggage & Golf Club Storage

Upon arrival, bell service is available at the main entrance. The hotel offers secure luggage storage and golf club storage for guests arriving early or checking out after the official times.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in is at 4:00 PM day of arrival; Check-out is at 11:00 AM day of departure.
